Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), telah menciptakan cara baru untuk mengonsumsi konten media. Perkembangan ini telah memberikan dorongan signifikan bagi layanan Subscription Video-onDemand (SVoD) yang menjadi semakin popular sehingga menjadikannya salah satu kekuatan utama dalam industri. Layanan SVoD ini popular karena dapat memberikan pengalaman baru yang memudahkan para penggunanya di berbagai kelompok usia dengan tawaran harga yang beragam. Salah satu platform layanan SVoD yang menawarkan hal tersebut adalah Netflix,platform streaming video yang memiliki berbagai konten dan fitur serta dapat diaksesdimanapun dan kapanpun.

The development of technology, particularly in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), has created new ways to consume media content. This development has provided significant support to Subscription Video-on-Demand (SVoD) services, making them increasingly popular and one of the main forces in the industry. These SVoD services are popular because they offer new experiences that are convenient for users across various age groups with a range of pricing options. One of the SVoD platforms that
offers such features is Netflix, a streaming video platform that has a wide variety of content and features and can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
