Abstract
Proyek Second Water and Sanitation for Low Income Communities (WSLIC-2) merupakan suatu proyek yang unik dan kompleks. Proyek ini merupakan kerja sama antara Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dan Bank Dunia dalam menyediakan sarana air bersih dan sanitasi bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di daerah pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu diteliti kualitas produk dan jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap produk dan layanan jasa program WSLIC-2 berdasarkan karakteristik masyarakat pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Data diperoleh melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disertai dengan wawancara kepada masyarakat pengguna program WSLIC-2. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai objek penelitian dan analisis faktor eksploratori (exploratory factor analysis) yang digunakan untuk mereduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner yang mewakili beberapa aspek kepuasan masyarakat dapat dikelompokkan menjadi enam faktor utama.

Sond Water and Sanitation for Low Income Communities (WSLIC-2) is a unique and complex project. It is a joint project between the Indonesian Ministry of Health and teche World Bank to provide clean water and sanitation facilities for low-income communities in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the products and health services provided to the communities. The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction with the products and services provided through the WSLIC-2 program based on the characteristics of its users. This research employed a simple random sampling method. The data were collected through a survey using questionnaires, supplemented by interviews with WSLIC-2 users. The data analysis was conducted in two stages: descriptive analysis, which was used to describe the research object, and exploratory factor analysis, which was used to reduce the data. The results indicate that the questionnaire items representing several aspects of community satisfaction can be grouped into six main factors.
