Abstract
Tanpa adanya SDM yang berkualitas dan memiliki kinerja tinggi suatu perusahaan tidak akan mendapat profit yang maksimal. Hal tersebut membuat PT PELINDO III memasukkan upaya mewujudkan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkinerja tinggi sebagai salah satu misi perusahaan. Aspek psikologis yang dimiliki oleh karyawan merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, diantaranya adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi intrinsik karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik kerja karyawan dan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap OCB menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak valid dalam mengukur ketiga variabel laten. Variabel motivasi intrinsik mempengaruhi OCB karyawan secara signifikan dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0,542, variabel motivasi intrinsik juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan besar pengaruh 0,761. Kesimpulan lain yang dihasilkan adalah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediator antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dari karyawan PT PELINDO III kantor pusat. ==================================================================
Having an employee which has high quality and performance surely will bring maximum profit for the company. Therefore, PT PELINDO III as one of the biggest port operator in Indonesia include constantly making effort to enhance employee’s performance and quality as one of its mission. Psychology aspect from employee is one of the aspect that significantly affects their performance, which are employees’s intrinsic motivation in working, level of satisfaction for their job, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the employee. Therefore, this research aims to further analyze the impact of intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction on employee’s OCB level of PT PELINDO III head office using Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) method. The result of this research state that there are some invalid indicators which fail to measure the constructs (intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and OCB). Employee’s intrinsic motiation is significantly affects OCB and employees satisfaction in their job with its impact are 0,542 and 0,761 respectively. Moreover, job satisfaction level of PT PELINDO III head office’s employee is significantly mediates the relationship between employees motivation in working to the level of their organizational behavior.
