Abstract
Gojek dan Grab merupakan start up di Indonesia yang menyediakan jasa ojek online pada Android dan IOS. Kedua start up ini pun memperluas layanan mereka mulai dari taksi pribadi hingga layanan pesan antar makanan. Layanan tersebut biasa dikenal sebagai Go-Food pada Go-Jek dan Grab Food pada Grab. Layanan antar makanan ini sangat cocok bagi mereka yang mempunyai sedikit waktu luang untuk membeli makanan atau bagi mereka yang enggan keluar rumah. Kedua aplikasi ini memiliki pelanggan setia. Pengalaman pengguna pada aplikasi juga dinilai memberikan minat atau daya tarik pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi layanan pesan antar makanan berbasis smartphone.
Penelitian ini menggunakan User Experience Quistionnaire (UEQ) untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna Go–Food dan Grab Food. Kami menyebar kuesionernya secara online dan menganalisis hasilnya menggunakan UEQ.
Dari hasil analisis kami mendapatkan hasil bahwa pengalaman pengguna Go-Food lebih unggul daripada Grab Food pada semua aspek penilaian UEQ. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pengelola platform.
============== Gojek and Grab is a start up in Indonesia which provides online motorcycle services on Android and iOS. In addition, the two start-ups are also expanding their services ranging from private taxi to food delivery service. The service is commonly known as Go-Food on Go-Jek and Grab-Food on Grab. This food delivery service is perfect for those who have little free time to buy food or for those who are reluctant to leave the house. Both of these applications have loyal customers. The user experience in the app is also rated to give the user interest or appeal in using smartphone-based messaging service delivery app.
This study uses User Experience Quistionnaire (UEQ) to evaluate Go-Food and Grab Food user experience. We spread the questionnaire online and analyzed the results using UEQ.
From our analysis we get the results that Go-Food users experience is superior to Grab Food on all aspects of UEQ assessment. The results of this study are useful for platform managers
