Abstract
Proyek Tugas Akhir ini merupakan estimasi biaya dan waktu pekerjaan proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Gempol – Pasuruan seksi 3B STA. 25+000 s/d 31+000. Perhitungan meliputi penentuan item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, penentuan metode pelaksanaan, penjadwalan alat dan pekerja, serta perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan yang dibutuhkan.
Data yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir ini berupa gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknik dan jadwal pelaksanaan sebagai control hasil perhitungan. Gambar kerja digunakan untuk menghitung kembali volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknis digunakan sebagai landasan penetapan metode kerja, jadwal pelaksanaan digunakan sebagi control durasi perhitungan dalam pengerjaan Tugas Akhir ini.
Penjadwalan setiap item pekerjaan menggunakan program bantu MS Project 2016 . Output dari software ini adalah Gantt-Chart (Schedule dalam bentuk bar-chart), Network Planning, Resource Graph (Grafik sumber daya), laporan biaya dan kurva S. Dari perhitungan biaya dan waktu yang telah dilakukan diperoleh durasi pekerjaan selama 916 hari kerja dan biaya sebesar Rp. 337.699.295.012

This Final Project is a estimation of the cost and time of construction work for the Gempol - Pasuruan Toll Road section 3B STA. 25 + 000 to 31 + 000. Calculations include the determination of work items, calculation of work volume, determination of implementation methods, scheduling of tools and workers, and calculation of implementation costs needed.
Data for completing this final project is Shop Drawings, technical specifications and implementation schedules as the control of the calculation results. Shop drawings are used to recalculate the volume, technical specifications are used as the basis for determining work methods, the implementation schedule is used as a control of the duration of the calculation in this Final Project. Scheduling each work item using the MS Project 2016 program. The output of this software is the Gantt-Chart (Schedule in the form of bar-chart), Network Planning, Resource Graph (resource graph), cost report and S curve. From the calculation of the cost and time, the duration of this project is 916 working days and the cost is Rp. 337,699,295,012
