Abstract

Permasalahan umum dari manajemen persediaan adalah menentukan berapa
banyak barang yang dipesan dan berapa banyak barang yang harus diproduksi.
Persediaan barang dilakukan sebagai antisipasi terhadap pemenuhan
permintaan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kontrol
optimal model persediaan multi-item dengan memperhatikan kerusakan produk
yang mengikuti fungsi eksponensial dan tingkat diskon. Kontrol optimal sistem
persediaan multi-item diselesaikan dengan menggunakan Prinsip Maksimum
Pontryagin. Pada bagian akhir, solusi yang diperoleh diilustrasikan dengan
simulasi numerik menggunakan metode Runge Kutta orde-4 dan diharapkan biaya
total yang minimum.

Inventory management problem includes determination of how many items
have to be ordered and how many items have to be produced. Inventory is
considered in anticipating customer’s request. The purpose of this research is to
develop optimal control of multi-item inventory model by considering deteriorate as
exponential sunction and discount rate. Optimal control of production maintenance
system is solved by using Pontryagin Maximum Principle. Finally, the solution of
the problem is illustrated by numerical simulation using Runge Kutta method for
order-4 is expected the total costs are minimum.
