Abstract
Sistem monitoring sepeda listrik yang dikembangkan oleh STP Otomotif ITS merupakan solusi transportasi cerdas berbasis IoT yang mengintegrasikan modul ESP32, RFID, GPS, RTC, dan MQTT. Sistem ini memungkinkan autentikasi pengguna melalui kartu KTM, pelacakan lokasi secara real-time, serta kontrol otomatis kendaraan melalui geofencing. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan di OLED, memberikan informasi seperti nama departemen dan durasi pemakaian. Dengan pendekatan yang sederhana dan efisien, sistem ini mendukung prinsip smart campus, meningkatkan mobilitas mahasiswa, dan memperkuat keamanan kendaraan. Validasi desain dilakukan melalui KiCad dan telah terbukti efektif dalam pengujian.

The electric bike monitoring system developed by STP Otomotif ITS is a smart IoT-based transportation solution integrating ESP32, RFID, GPS, RTC, and MQTT modules. It enables user authentication via student ID cards (KTM), real-time location tracking, and automated vehicle control using geofencing. Data is sent to the server and displayed on an OLED screen, showing details like department name and usage duration. With a simple and efficient design, the system supports the smart campus concept, enhances student mobility, and strengthens vehicle security. The design was validated using KiCad and proven effective through testing.
