Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan buat merancang serta membangun sistem semi otomatis serta otomatis berbasis PLC pada mesin penutup botol dengan tujuan tingkatkan efisiensi serta akurasi dalam proses penutupan botol secara otomatis. Dengan memakai PLC selaku otak dari sistem, proses penutupan botol bisa dikendalikan dengan lebih presisi serta tidak berubah- ubah. Tata cara riset meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem berbasis PLC, implementasi fitur keras serta fitur lunak, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau sistem ini sanggup tingkatkan produktivitas serta mutu penutupan botol secara signifikan, membagikan donasi dalam pengembangan teknologi otomatisasi pada mesin penutup botol berbasis PLC, serta diharapkan bisa membagikan khasiat untuk industri pengolahan minuman ataupun produk lain yang memerlukan penutupan botol.
